OT: I won!!

This week has been good. First off, I got a letter from my insurance company. I wrote a letter of appeal 2 weeks ago and they approved it for a medication for my bladder disease. It is Cyclosporine which is an immune suppressant drug usually given to transplant patients. It is a scary medication I have to have blood test every week for the first month and once a month there after and I have to have blood pressure checked weekly.
Second, I got my tax return in the mail...they screwed up my direct deposit ! And I got a refund from my insurance company. Now I will have a few extra $$ for my trip to VA on the 19Th.

Hi Joy..you got your refund already??  Even if they did screw up and not do direct deposit...consider yourself one of the lucky ones!  I didn't know they were starting to send the refunds out..last I heard on the news, a couple of nites ago, was that they were still working thru the budget issues, even tho they have passed one...guess I should get busy now and do my return!  I can definitely find some place to spend it! LOL  Like Jillie said...save the economy!  ^_^

Hi Nancy...it may have been her Federal money she received. We got ours already (yesterday). You know the saying "money, talks...mine says goodbye"?? Yep, that would be mine...lol As for State, when the husband check on the status, it said we should have it in the next 25 business days...ugh! I wanna move outta Cali. We were in better cir****tances before the "Governator".

Wow Katt! That sucks! We got both our Federal and State back in Feb! I hope yours comes sooner then the next 25 business days...yuck!

Yeah, me too...I ws planning on getting a bike with that money.

Katt, I love AZ although Cali will always be home. We aren't in much worse shape here than the rest of the country. Oh, but I am very unhappy with himself!!
