When I get back.  Probably be best next week.  Any time after 8:30 cuz I'll be home after the gym.  I'm the only one at my house so you could prob call me whenever you stop for a sec and catch your breath.  I'll pm my home #

I am having my cigarettes anniversary on the 19Th of this month it will be 5 years and like you I never looked back. They literally make me sick to smell.
I quit the diet pepsi addiction when I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis...But I can't say I am caffeine free 1-2 cups of french roast coffee a day.
You are doing so well...you have every right to bouncing off the walls with happiness!

I hope to be just like you in a year or so...My weight goal is the same...and your enthusiasm unceasing!  I stopped my diet soda addiction 3 months before surgery and quit smoking 23 yrs ago...I do miss the soda though, but have not chanced it, as I do not want stomach problems (grouchy pouchy problems..lol).  Your full life fascinates me.....I am still looking forward to higher energy levels.
