Happy tired Monday to all of you Cali Gang!!!

I am running short on time so there will be no shout out this morning!

I do want to say is one thank you for all your well wishes for me to get better...they worked. I am still with a cough, but overall feel a lot better...tired though!

The other thing I wanted to say is thank you for your undying continued support and kind words for the work I do. I share with you guys because I get excited not so much because I did it, but I sometimes honestly go to myself...did I do that? Do you know what I mean? I guess it is all part of the unsecurities that I face daily, but I have to tell you....with all of your words....you really give so much to me and I just really want you to know that I super appreciate all of you so much...more than you will ever know!

Diane...on a quick note...I thought of this morning when they were talking about NASCAR on the news....I thought...that's my gals sport of choice!!!

love all you guys and hope that you have a super terrific day!

PEACE OUT!!! Valentine kiss

It always surprises me how insecure we are in your own right. Even though we are intelligent, talented, and gorgeous...and Yes, WE, Women are all those things but we never quite believe it. I wonder why? Is it all part of the personality of self destruction or is it something else? Hmmm, something to ponder for sure.
Janine, glad you are feeling somewhat better and I totally understand the feeling of,"Did I do that?"Wow, were did it come from? I have taken pictures that make me ask that question from time to time.

Have a great day Cali Crew and you too Janine.

Hugs to all

Yikes.... it's a back-to-work Monday again already!??!!? Geeze, seems like it was just TGIF! LOL Oh well, Good Morning to you and all the Cali Crew never the less Janine!

Glad to hear you are on the mend buddy. Keep taking good care of yourself. You'll soon be right as rain if you do.

Not much to report from San Bernardino this morning. We had a good weekend with the family dinner Saturday and a relaxing Sunday yesterday.

It sure is dark out though after the time change isn't it? But we do have that extra hour of daylight to look forward to this afternoon.

Time for another cup and to get the day underway. Wishing you all a great day today!

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

We had a productive weekend.  Gots lots of new clothes for jordyn all 100% cotton which is great for her picky skin.  The doc called and in addition to the allergies she already had (egg whites, soy, peanuts) she is starting to show for wheat and shrimp.  My poor lil gal if she ends up with a wheat allergy that is so going to bite.

I did my first quiz for class and now know what to expect.  I had completed 8 out of 10 questions when the computer booted me.  luckily I had hit the save button after every question.  When I finally got signed back on I discovered that the clock had kept going so it looks like it took me a really long time to get it finished. On the bright side she changed the time allowed from 10 min to 55 min and there is no longer a research paper.

Everyone enjoy the day

Good Morning Janine and Cali Guys and Gals,

How is everyone this morning.  Janine so glad to hear that you are feeling better.  Today I should hear about my lic.  and if this woman is going to let me pass or not.  I did call the state and they never heard of what she is telling me.  So I will wait to hear from her today.  Today is just cleaning and organizing some more, my general stuff.  Yesterday we put up new fencing across our driveway so the kids can skate and ride their sooters and such.  Well I better get ready to take all these crazy kids to school.  Then I think I am going to come home and I am going to do something interesting like build Legos.  I have my New Years kit to finish.  I can't believe it is March and I have not completed it yet.  I usually stay up all night on New years Eve and hten when the kids wake up I am done and dead.  lol.  But this time I have so much going on that it is not done.  So that is my goal to finish this before the end of the month.  Everyone have an awesome day and enjoy.

Morning Janine and Cali . . . Glad you are feeling better Janine - and So GOOD to see you posting Steve!  Yea!

OK . . . whose's bright idea was it to have school kids going to school in the dark . . .it is hard enough to dodge those middle and high school kids who dart higher and yon when you can see . . . let alone with you CAN'T .  . ughhhhh . . . the street lights were even still on when I got to the office . . . (can you guess my opinion on this too soon "savings" time?

Oh well . . . son finally got the yard mowed . . . DIL and grandkids planted flowers . . . so I don't look quite so much like poor white trash out front . . . the poor part is appropriate . . . but I draw the line at the rest lol.

Have a great day everyone!

Chris

Good Morning Janine and the Cali Crew.  Yes, I am sleepy today!

I took Jayden back yesterday and when mom still hadn't showed by 6:10, I knew she'd forgotten the time change so I got a blanket out and laid the seat back and took a nap.  Told the kid to wake me up when mom got there.  He was in the back seat playing Nintendo DS.  Mom showed at 7:00.  I smiled and asked..........Did you forget the time change?????  Ohhh, she was so suprised!  Its all good.........I got a nap in.

I head out today after work for Sacramento and Pop's funeral.  I'll be off the boards until I get back as I am not taking my laptop.  Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts and prayers.   Pops was a good man, had lots of friends and this will be quite the send-off.   Catholics don't do anything half-way............ full blown full of tradition, ceremony and music!  Just the way pops would have liked it.   My parents will be travelling down also, my sister is coming over (she hasn't seen me since surgery) and quite possibly one of my brothers.  Lauri and I are planning some girl giggle time!   Shame on me for not making more time for my best girl friend over the past couple of years!

I'm feeling good today!  Got new boots on, new skinny jeans and a cute t-shirt!  The sun is shining and my heater is roaring away in here and I'm toasty!  Ahhh, life is good!

Good Morning Janine and Cali Friends,

Janine, glad to hear you are feeling a little better.  Your mural journal was so beautifully done, not to mention the mural itself.

I got to sleep in today, as I took a vacation day to play with my friend Linda. We're going to do our small bit to stimulate the economy.

That's all that's on tap for today.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Hugs,
Barb

Happy Monday To the Cali Gang

Janine, I am so glad your feeling better.  And Steve.....it's nice to see your smiling face on the boards again.

I woke up so sleepy this morning.  It was hard to drag my butt out of bed  But like Steve said, having it stay lighter longer is worth it.  Now if the temperatures would get back into the 70's or 80 it would be perfect....... Boy I never thought I would be saying that.  Before surgery I loved the cold rainy weather.

Just wanted to wish everyone a great work week.

Linda
