Welcome to day 1 of the 5-day Pouch Test-2 Crew!

Its hard to think that at only 4 1/2 months post-op that I'd feel I need to do this. Unfortunately (or fortunately for some) I have absolutely no negative situations from my WLS.

Leann has posted the menu plan on her last weeks posts...just go back and see what she has suggested...and on some recent posts she repeated some information.

Today I have already caught myself reaching for things...unconsiously...I am now and will always be victim to this action. (Hello..my name is Kim and I am a food addict).

My surgeon told me a couple of weeks ago that a few more pounds lost for me will result in some accelerated weightloss (finally) due to metabolic syndrome and my decreased need of insulin. I am focused!

Join me then, won't you..for a cleansing week...and again, success to us all on the plan and continued success to those "leading the life".

Many Blessings...
Kim in Fontana

Here you go! Hopefully this will help you out, and check out your personal email too.
Good luck, it works and you will feel great when it is all over!
Hugs, Diane

Here is my challenge this week Kim-
We are going tent trailer camping from Thursday to Monday. I am trying to think of things I can easily take with me that do no require alot of refrigerator space. Hmmmm... I lose another pound this week, and i do not want to gain it with camping and snacking. Oh how I long for a smore!!! LOL But I have high hopes that I can incorporate some recipes for me. Turkey rollups, for one. I will do it - I am inspired!!!! BTW - there are only the 2 of us going. So if I do not buy it, it does not go.
