Good Morning Chris and Cali friends,

Just a quick hi and it's off to work for me.  Did my shopping yesterday and that was SO much fun.  Today, just work and come home and try to get some walking in.

Have a great day everyone. Hugs all around.

Good Morning My Cali Friends,
Yes this time change affects us all. Just wish we could stay the way Arizona is. They don't move the clocks at all!!!Oh Well. Chris, good to see you up and a Happy Camper so early this morning. It is a gorgeous morning here in good ole So. Cal. Looks cold out, so I will be bundled up when running errands.
Janine, sorry you had your classroom in an uproar by the substitute. I remember when kids in class would love having subs. Cause they could get away with murder.
Jean, Oh I so hope you blood work comes out good, so you can get off of the coumadin. I went to see my heart Doc yesterday for a pacemaker check and I asked him, Can I ever get off I coumadin? He said we will see. Keep losing the weight and if blood pressure is good maybe. So I am really praying for you today, that everything goes your way. Please let us know.
I know this sounds crazy, but if I ever get off of coumadin, I will go and have one more tatoo. Woo Hoo!!
To everyone that is running this weekend Good Luck. I am not running, but I am going to do the walk at the Rose Bowl, looking forward to that.
To All of you Cali Peeps, have a Great Day. We are all blessed to have new lives and working our tools to the Max and having this board to help us all.
Hugs & Love,

Karen B.

I hate being on coumadin!  Last time I was at the cardiologist she said I could get off of it, but I would have to take aspirin.  WELL we can't!  So I am still on it.  I don't see the reason I am on it anyway.  Also I found out something yesterday that I am going to ask my heart doc.  I was told that because of the blood thinning medicine that your brain doesn't get enough blood supply like it should and that would be one of the reasons I am losing my balance.  NOW I am not sure that is true, but that sure is interesting. I will find out if that is true and if it is...well I am going to ask to stop taking coumadin.

Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in on this one, take care.  Diane

I am taking the 81 mg (heart) asprin daily.  Everyone (Cardio and PCP) has told me the amount will not hurt anything.  And I have not had any digestive problems.  Been on it for a year now.

Morning Chris and All Cali's ^_^
Chris. it's great to wake up and read such a cheerful post!  From your second post, sounds like you and I do similar work.  I've been preparing 5 sets of financials for our up coming Board of Directors meeting...one of the stress factors facing me this week..but it's all DONE and now I get to spend the rest of the week 'cleaning up' issues before I'm off for 3 weeks.  The sun is shining..it is absolutely gorgeous outside. Oh! the gal I work with suggested we start walking at lunch! Yesterday was the first day and we walked the entire block!  Which I found out after driving the car around it, that it just over a mile!!  So with adding the mile and 1/2 I walk the dogs when I get home..I've doubled my walking exercise. Yayyyyyyy ^_^ Hope everybody has a great day...after all, we're still breathing air! LOL Nancy aka Sunray

Oh you know the drill well about financials then . . . I'm an EA with a Big 4 accounting firm . . .and I do all the word processing in this office besides . . . been typing numbers since 1970 (BEFORE most of you were born!)  At least I don't have to process tax returns anymore . . . that was NEVER a fun job.

Chris,  One of my first accounting jobs was with an EA...he talked me into taking some classes..and then I worked part time for H&R Block..that was enough to ward me off from doing tax returns..now just do them for myself LOL  I really do enjoy the daily number crunching...from depositing the money to month end reporting to year end..but THE accountant gets the fun of the tax returns...all five companies are non-profit..and IRS don't like them very much :-(  So the CPA gets the head aches...I just send the papers in LOL
Have a great day ^_^  Nancy aka Sunray
