Quick tech question

I am trying to update my ticker and when I click on it it does not take me to the website to update. Can someone help a technically challenged computer newbie?

I'm tech challenged most the time . . . I would just start over and try it again . . . sorry I can't help :D

Chris is right, sometimes it just doesn't link and you have to start all over again.
