100+ LBS Gone, Can I Get My Card Please?

As of today I'm down 103 LBS! OMG I never thought that it would ever happen to me. I'm so happy and wanted everyone to know.

How do I get my card that says I lost 100 LBS? I would like to have one, to mark my first big milestone on my weight loss journey.
