I am in it again..I took today off and did not fulfill my commitment....and I neglected my exercise.  I KNOW I am rejuvenating my pouch and its purpose, I just need the discipline of another week to get on and stay on track.

Go Kevin!!..he'll lead us to another successful week......
thanks all for Round 2...on to Round 3!

You are great Kim and I am proud of you for making it on the 5dpt albeit exercise...it is hard to get it all in for sure especially if you have a full life and this and that pulling you here and there.

I think it is great also the people who are willing to come here...say they need to do something instead of disappearing. I do applaud all of you who are going back to basics and getting those gifts back in shape to either maintain of get those pouhes back to nothing again. It is not easy, but hey was surgery easy to begin with? NOPE!!!

So rock on Kim and all of you who are recommitting yourselves and your bodies to what we all set out to do in the first place!

I would like to know what the 5 day pouch test is? How often dose one do this and how soon after surgery dose a person do this? I have been at a plueto for a little over a month. I had RNY on July 9, 2008. I have lost about 117lbs so far. I need to lose 20 to 25 lbs more then I will be at goal. Thanks, Cathy

I admit I fell off the wagon on day 3 but it did get me thinking about snacking a whole lot less and making better choices.
