Good Saturday Morning

What?????  Am I the first one up and posting?  That NEVER happens!

Good Morning all!  I am up and awake because my bed hurts me.  So, on the agenda today is bed shopping!  I am going to buying a new bed very soon.  I will weed out all the one's I don't like and aren't in my budget down to a few that are in the budget and that I like and then will present them to Joe.  Together we will pick one out.

He's headed to work around 2 and is sleeping until then.  I will head to the gym in a bit and get in my exercise before coming home to get his lunch ready and send him on his way.  Working 6 days a week and 10 hour days is starting to take a toll on him.  I keep reminding him how lucky he is to have a job!

So, what is on everyone's agenda for today!!!!  Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, exercise and/or move that body and make it a goal today to reconnect with an old friend or a new friend or someone you love!  Take the time to reconnect!  Life's too short.  I know it's on my schedule to call Rhonda sometime this weekend!  We have a DISNEYLAND trip and weekend to plan!

Good Morning Maureen and Cali,

I am up trying to finish my observation paper and get it submitted before my child wakes up.  Today I hope to finish my assigned reading and get the quiz taken as well.  Then take Jordyn to striderite and have her properly sized for shoes.  It would be nice to work in my garden as well.

My God son's gradmother passed after a long bout with cancer and her services are today.  I hope to get over there and check on him either today or tomorrow depending on how my child is tolerating the car ride.

I am up and getting ready to jump in the shower to start my day.  I am headed out to Torrance to spend the day with a girlfriend and have some much need "girl" time...you know shopping, lunch and all that good stuff...

Wishing you an uneventful surgery on Monday.  Enjoy your weekend and you veg all you want for a little while after surgery.  If you are anything like me I can't sit still now that i have had it.  I keep wanting to try new things, and walking some outrageous miles these days.  You just wait and see girl, and you will understand all this craziness of mine.  We do now, because we can.  Have a super rest of the weekend and enjoy!

Rhonda I cannot thank you enough for all the hard work you did yesterday....I had a great time hanging out with you and for sure you are such a kid person. I know the kids will be talking about you for a long time to come!

You left a part of yourself there and did something for those kids that they will never forget!

Thank you again for the extraordinary amount of work and dedication yesterday under some adverse conditions and most of all thank you for your friendship!

Another weekend is here ! Woo Hoo !
Going to have coffee with my oldest daughter and my girlfriend, then off to San Clemente to visit my daughters friend.
Date night for me and my Boyfriend (husband of 36 years) tonight, that is always a fun time.

How fun is that going to be!  Coffee with your gal pals and then a Date night with Hubby.  So many people don't realize how important Date night is with married couples.  My husband and I used to do that all the time, but with all these kids it is so hard.  WE do try to though and are going to take a mini vacation for 5 days  soon, last one was in 2003.  I was shocked it was that long ago.  But it is going to be great.  Enjoy your day Karen.

Good Morning!
Not sure why I'm not still sleeping.  Trying to recover from an all day celebration of my b-day with my evil co-workers!  Today I am going to have dinner with family for a much quieter celebration.  And tomorrow, back to reality and housework, lol!
