Good Thursday morning!

Morning Guys and Dolls . . . we had a great week with weight loss (if you don't include ME!!!) . . . we had a total loss of 58.3!  Way to go Cali!

Wow!  58 pounds, that is awesome!  Don't worry Chris, I didn't help this week either.....We'er all gonna have the ups and downs!  Hopefully more down weeks tho right???

It's been a busy week and I am just so tired!  Hopefully things will settle down by this evening.  Yesterday was the dentist, yippee!  my favorite thing, NOT!  I am getting 4 crowns up front and I am a bit anxious.  I need to bleach my teeth first though.

I don't know what route to take......  do I spend the $250. and do the whitening trays?  or just do the Crest White strips?  Which can still get pricey at 40.00 a pop......  It will probly be about the same in the end, huh?  I know the "Zoom" is out of my league as far as the cost, they charge $475.00 for that.

Oh well - why does life have to be so expensive at times????  UGH!!!

I keep forgetting to get on the scale Chris...like how stupid is that....but I do know that I have a skort on that I wore last summer and it fits fine...that still baffles me when I can wear clothes season after season instead of fits in the morning and not in the evening thing! How many times has that happened to all of us?

So here is my part two of what a true friend does for you:

The kids loved Rhonda....she treats them so great and with kindness, love and respect...I have to tell you all...Rhonda is a great mother. Her kids if you have not met them are really some awesome kids. I had them here over the winterbreak painting ceramics and playing with my grandchildren. They are just as loving and kind as their mommy is. I really enjoy them a lot and look forward to seeing her kids as much as I can.

I could have not finished this project when I did the other day without the help of Rhonda. Like I said...she got in there like a real trooper chipping thinset....organizing....being a ear for me and helping me understand things sometimes that I am not able to.

I really appreciate your friendship Rhonda and thank you for understand me and letting me be me! You're the best!

For all you new surgery newbies....super high five to all of you LOSERS!!!

Nikki I am thinking of you gf...and surely hope that your test goes well!!

Out of here to work gang...southern cal peeps enjoy this early spring time weather...it was 97 out where I teach yesterday!!! YIKES!!!

Thos are those are some of my awesome kids!  Oh I just fell in love with those kids!  Arn't they cute?  I had the opportunity to sit and chat with them, they are awesome.  Those kids have seen some life to at their young age.  They have amazing outlooks and interesting ideas.  And they were so open.  It was a beautiful experience for me.  Thanks Janine.  Give those kids a big hug for me today.

Just a quick hello this morning as the entire house is aswake and busy.  Also I have to get my classroom together parent conferences are today.  I'm hoping my bribe will get the parents in but if not it is 2 hours of child free studying.

Yay! it's almost Friday.  Is it just me or has it been an extremely long week?  

Today I go see my surgeon for my 8 mos post op appt.  I will be discussing the complication I have had with the stricture and find out what my options are at this point.  I want to know what will happen if he has to go in surgically to fix it, how long recovery will be and whether he can do it laproscopically or if it has to be done open. 

Disneland on the 31st?  I am going to do my best to be there.  It will be so nice to not have to worry about fitting on the rides

Morning all.  I'm a zombie today.  Someone (me later) needs to tell my husband that 43 year old men just do not throw temper tantrums in the middle of the night at the dog while the wife who works days is trying to sleep.  Dog wanted to play, hubby was trying to go to sleep.  Wife was sleeping.  Hubby got mad at dog and put dog out in the kennel.  Woke wife up for the 2nd time.  Dog didn't want to be in kennel so she whined.  Hubby didn't want to hear it so put the training collar on the dog which usually is her cue to shut the hell up.  Woke wife for the 3rd time.  Dog whined, got zapped, and yelped.  Woke wife for the fourth time.

I got up and ready for work and hubby GROWLED at me because I wasn't being quiet.  Oh, no he didn't........... yup, he did.  And, got a piece of my mind and wisely shut the hell up and rolled over and kept a very low profile.  He will hear more about it this evening.

On a more lighter note and less depressing.........my girlfriend got her house back!!!!  She has been trying to get her ex to get out of her house but he wouldn't leave even though she had a court order awarding her the house (hers before marriage) but he wouldn't leave and wouldn't make the house payments.  So, the bank started forclosure proceedings and evicted him.  She started negotiations with the bank and provided documentation and got her house back this morning!  Yay!!!!!  There is justice sometimes!

Off to work............. sleepy and trying to stay awake

Sorry to hear your nite wasn't that restful...husbands can be jerks but, hey, what ya gonna with em??  they're too much fun to be without them LOL  And they do kinda come in handy around the house..at least mine does..he's a retired contractor ^_^

So happy to hear about your girlfriend! What a stressful time she must have gone thru.  Isn't it wonderful when the 'right' things happen...and we don't get screwed (speaking from personal divorce experience).  And the Bank worked with her!  Fantastic!
