Hi group

Just wanted to check in and say hi and see how everyone is doing.
Things are always hectic here, especially around this time of year been busy with our granting process. The economy sadly has forced so many non-profits to look to us to help sustain their programs, and unfortunately there is only so much money to go around.

Anyway... I'm doing good still losing and feeling great, just focusing on toning and firming (if the firming part is even possible!)

Let me know how everyone is... would love to hear from you all.

Hey Deb is great to hear that all is well with you. I can just imagine how hard it is being in the grant business. They are getting increasingly hard to get these days. I was fortunate to get one at school for the project I just completed. Well it did not cover everything...but it sure and heck helped!!!

Keep up the hard work too....you are looking great!

If we survive (when we survive) this economic crisis... we will all come out alot wiser and hopefully people will continue the changes they've had to make to survive and not go back to their carefree ways!

Thrilled to work for a stable.. company, You hear alot of bad Kaiser stuff, but it's all good and they do good for their patients and the communities they serve!!
