Done....

A couple of months before I had surgery, I got meet Stacie at a get together at a Starbucks in Fremont when she was up here visiting.  She has always been an inspiration to us all....  Thanks Stacie!!!

WOW! Sheryl,

Imagine my surprise when I checked my email to find congratulatory messages from my old friends here. To be 100% honest, I kept thinking, hmmm 3/20.. is something, what am I missing? A bday..something! Little did I realize I was missing my OWN damn rebirthday!

Tank you all for your kind words. I am still successful by my MD's standards. BUT, I fell into all the old traps.. not exercising, not eating the right foods, though the restrictive nature of the surgery helps, it takes a lot more than surgery to be successful long term. And thats been a hard lesson to learn. Bt besides that! I am extremely happy! I am way healthier than I was 7 years!

So thank you all for remembering me : )

Kiss Kiss to you.  I miss you so much.  BTW, I'm having surgery on Monday.  The female parts are finally hitting the road.  It's been a rough year or so for me with all that and my doctor finally said it's time to say Buh Bye.  Gee, now I can't have any more babies.  Ok, so I don't want surgery, but I never have to go down the feminine products aisle ever again. There is a silver lining to everything.

Love you lots

Steph
