Good Sunday Morning!

Happy Sunday Morning to everyone!  It's a little early for me but I did go to bed early last night.  I am a tiny bit sore this morning but nothing tylenol can't handle and getting up and moving around.  I moved out to my chair, have vitamins in hand and am working on getting them in.

Today we plan on lounging around a bit.  I have to do a little house maintenance and then we'll go get Jayden.  He talked himself into a sleep-over at a friends house last night.  He was having so much fun with Logan.  We need to travel through the icky weather to get him back to momma tonight by 6 so will be taking the truck with the mega-weather tires.

I sure hope everyone has a wonderful day and you all stay safe, dry and healthy!  Take your vitamins, move that body and make sure you drink tha****er!

Good Morning Maureen and Cali Friends!  I hope all is well with everyone!  What a drastic change in the weather!  OMG, we went out in the morning to swing my Grand daughter Kiandra on the swing in the back yard and it was freezing!  But she loved it anyway!

Then we went to my daughter's house last night for "Fiesta" night!  She made tacos, fahitas, burritos, beans, the whole enchilada!!!   Then we watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua!  That movie cracked me up!!!

I hope you all have a great, grat day!!!

Good Morning Maureen and Cali,

Today is chill day around here too.  At some point I will do this week's quiz, so glad that this is the last week coming up.  The next one starts when I am on spring break so I hope to get a good handle on it then.

It was raining  but now the sky is clearing.  I love this type of weather but wi**** was a few degrees warmer.

Everyone enjoy the day

Good Morning all,
Hope you're day is off to a great start!  I really don't have any plans today except to go to church and then come home and do laundry, Yuck!
It is chilly here today and drizzling a bit, there goes my morning hike, my gym is closed today also.  Maybe I'll go to my sons and do the Wii fit.  Anyhow, got to get in that exercise, seem to be at a stall again, so I definately need to move.   Take care everyone and enjoy your Sunday.

Hugs to all,  Donna

Today is a stay at home day. I do have to go to Trader Joes for some fish and my weekday breakfast (1/2 cup of "wasabi wow" nut mix), but other than that I am not interested in going out. It is rainy, cold and gloomy.

I will knit. My son got accepted to university (santa cruz and santa barbara...still waiting to hear from berkeley), so I am knitting a patchwork throw for his dorm room.

I wanted to get the DD to take a hike with me but it is too wet this week. Maybe next week.

I have some wings in the oven, as Wisconsin is playing bball in the NCAA today (hub's alma mater).

Then some posole (pork and hominy soup) with fresh baked corn tortilla strips for dinner.

Judijo,

This house bleeds blue and gold, GO BEARS so I'm rooting that he will get accepted into Cal.  My hubby at the ripe young age of 54 will graduate May 18th from Cal.  He has loved his experience there.  He majored in Political Science and may go on after he gets a job to get his masters in Education so he can teach or get in to educational counseling.  Keep us posted but we'll be crossing our fingers for Cal!

Hugs,
Barb

Thanks to all for the congrats. All we really did was provide the path to the proper resources for him to follow the academic path he is choosing...living in neighborhood w/ distinguished schools, computers (good AND bad things) and the $$ for the applications and eventually the tuition, etc. He has done all the work.

Again...thanks.

Morning Mo and all Cali's
Woke up to beautiful sparkling blue skies at 7:30...by 8:30 the clouds had rolled back in and it's raining again :-(  Dogs will be unhappy but guess it's the walking machine today LOL  Not much planned...finish a novel about Elizabeth the 1s****ch a movie about Elizabeth the 1st (I'm really into English history right now LOL) or do some carving...perfect day for just kicking back.  The best thing is I don't have to go to work tomorrow!!!!  2 more weeks off...told the boss yesterday I might 'forget' to come back! Yeah, in my dreams ^_^  And yes, I realize how blessed I am to have the job I have and not have to worry about losing it. I really do enjoy my work and the people I work with.
I wish everyone a blessed Sunday...have a great day and remember The ONE who created it! ^_^

Good Morning Maureen and Cali Friends,

Wow did it rain last night and the wind is blowing gale force out there this morning.  I think it might be a good day to be inside.

Yesterday, I had a little WOW moment, I went shoe shopping and my feet shrunk!  LOL, I bought two pairs of beautiful shoes for the price of one at McCalou's so my feeties will be much happier at work now.  I even managed to get Ron out shopping with me, now how that happened I'm not too sure!  LOL

Hope everyone has a great day, stay dry and safe and have fun.

Hugs,
Barb
