Good Morning Janine & Everyone,
Well after the 5 dpt I kept up most of the habits, it helped me with snacking and the bad carbs. Now I did put fruits and vegi's back in, but protein is first. So I am very happy to be down 2.5 more pounds. Now I only have 18lbs to my goal.
Well moving very slow, just dont have energy lately. So better finish getting ready for work. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Be good to yourselves and those around you!!!!

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

This morning I am down .8 of a lb.  hey its a loss and I'll take it.

I had the night from hell.  Jordyn fell asleep with grandmother and they came in my room at 2:17 with her screaming.  She is not a cryer by nature so it freaks me out when this happens.  It was gas but getting it to move and her to stop and sttle down took about an hour and a half.  I tell ya I don't know how you moms do it, I just want to cry with her it is so upsetting.  But hey we know how the ol gas can get ya.

I have a training today from 8:30-4:30 about 8 miles from the house.  Hope I can stay awake for it.

Everyone enjoy the day

I'm sorry you had a rough night, Monica.  It gets a little easier as they get older, but it never gets easy.  I had to take my daughter (who turns 22 next month) to the ER at 5:00 a.m. Monday because she was in agony with upper abdominal pain.  Turns out she has gallstones!

For WWW, it has been a while since I've posted, so I am down 13 pounds since the last time I did.  I've reached three important milestones in the past few weeks:

1.  I've lost over a hundred pounds since surgery (about 138 from my known high a few years ago), so I guess I've joined the century club!

2.  I am in Wonderland for the first time in about thirty years!

3.  Given my height and weight, my BMI now puts me in the "Overweight" category--I am no longer "Obese"!  (I was morbidly obese at the time of surgery.)

I love my RNY!

Thanks so much.  I'm not trying to rush her life but I think I will be happy for words so she can at least tell me what's wrong.  I hope your daughter is feeling better.  Will she have to have her gallbladder out?

Weigh to go on those mile stones those are fabulous.

Yes . . . words do help a lot!  (Of course, there will be times you'll just want her to shut up, too!)

My daughter has had these attacks a few times before, but she and the doctor always thought it was acid reflux.  She saw her regular doc yesterday, and she's seeing a surgeon and a GI specialist in the next few weeks.  She is hoping to avoid surgery if possible.  Her gallbladder is not infected or anything like that, so there is no rush.

BTW, she may be joining us for coffee on Saturday--I know my daughter will enjoy meeting yours!

Good morning Janine and happy WWW.

I am the same. Well, actually I am at the bottom of my 3 pound window so I can't claim any numbers. Happy to be right where I am and working on maintenance.

Hope everyone has a great day! I know I will.
