Can we take Calcium Citrate in caplet/pill form?? And will we absorb enough of it??

That's what I take and my labs have been good. I will be curious to see the answers on this one! They are horse pills, but I get mine at Costco. bigg huggs, Becky

It doesn't matter what form it is in as long as you take it (citrate). Have you read the article in my profile at calcium and how to read the labels? you would be surprised that some people think have a lot really don't.....
