anyone from Eureka??

does anyone here live up close to Eureka?  Or has anyone had Dr. Diamond do your surgery?  I will tell you what, he is the best Dr. I have ever gone to.  Just wanted to do a shout out. thanks Darlene

I'm over the hill in Redding!  But, I go to Arcata all the time.  My hubby's from there and his kids live there in McK.

I am just south of you in Fortuna, but I went to UC Davis in Sac.  I am not  that familiar with Dr Diamond as he does not accept Medicare so I could not have him.  I am glad that you had a good experience with him.

so Pauline where did you have to go then? I really liked it because I didn't have to travel.  He is an excellent dr.  Its a shame he doesn't take Medicare.  nice to meet you.   And thank you everyone else for writing me. 

It is nice to meet you too!  I haven't see anyone else on here that lives anywhere close to me! 

Mahammad Ali at UC Davis did my surgery.  They are really experienced at UC Davis and have a great reputaion nationwide.  I did not enjoy the 5-7 hour traveling each way for each appointment but we got through.  The worst is over and I am on my way to thin.  Actually there are not a lot of Bariatric Drs who do accept medicare in this area, so I was kind of stuck with the one I found who would.  But I was happy over all with the service that was provided to me.
