Anyone from NorthEastern CA??

I have not been on in awhile so I am just looking to see if there are others like me from NE Ca. I hope to hear from some soon, it is lonley here in the desert!

I have no idea where you live and I am a native CA'er. Use to live up in the bay area...but never heard of Herlong. I just want to let you know that you ought to stick around and keep posting...I am sure people are in your area. It is just a matter of finding them. Even if you do not find people...we are all here to support you through your journey!

Thanks, I plan to hang around, Herlong is way north eastern. We are half way between Susanville to our west and Reno to our east. Thanks again for your support.

I had to look you up on my map program.  I do not know of anyone in your area.  Maybe someone is in Susanville, Reno area, or I saw a Janesville, CA.   But, sorry I do not recall anyone from your area.

Hi, Thanks yes we are way out here, Janesville is actually half way between Herlong and Susanville. I know there is more of us out there I just gotta get them on OH.

I had to look up your town too.,,And I went to Chico State for 2 1/2 years.  Sorry, but you're way out in the boonies.  I don't know if you could even find a couple of people in your town with WLS...much less on OH.  I've heard Lassen JC is one of the most beautiful colleges in the world...a college in the middle of a national forest...wow.  Enjoy hanging here...You're always welcome.  Just wondering what you're doing for finding support right now?  Brian

Yes I am way out here. But you would be very supprised how many people here have had WLS I know of at least 10 who work out where I work. I just am trying to get them to join OH.

Not sure where the Lassen JC says they are in the middle of a national forest. I know they are but a forest kinda on the edge of forest and desert. closer to the desert then the forest but ok it is thier story we will let them spin it how they want.

For support well I look in the mirror and I look in my childrens faces 2/3 of which I would not have if I did not have the surgery and I count my blessings. i read stuff on the internet and wing it mostly. I am pretty much on my own here in the desert.

I see looking at your profile your little angel nathaniel spent some time in NICU....my little grandson Zaryn spent the first month of his life in UC Davis Medical Centers NICU as well.  He was 2 months 5 days premie....also at 9 months of age he had open heart surgery...repair of tetrology of fellot.  NICU is incredible.  Would love to make a new friend and one semi close to home....look forward to seeing you from time to time here.

I hope your grandson is better now. I feel very lucky because Nathaniel only had to be there for a wee****il he could breath on his own. Now he is everywhere. He is such a boy sometimes!!! He wears me out.

I am here to make new friends also. It is great you live in this end of the state.

Hi fellow North eastern cali......I know exactly where Herlong is......Im in Mc Arthur....just a couple hours away......and yes it is lonely here too....lol.
