Sorry I've been MIA!! Plus today is my 1 year surgiversary

I was sick last week with that nasty cold, laid up for a few days in bed!!! 

Today is my 1 year sergiversary.  Boy, I can't believe it has already been a year!!!  I am so THANKFUL for everyone on this site...for all the love and support.  I don't think I could have done it with all of you guys.  I have met some very special people that I will be friends for a long time....It is just so wonderful to know that I can come to this board and ask any question, weight, family...anything and I get support.  Monday was my 1 year check up with the doctor and I thought he said that I should lose 125 pounds within the first year and I have lost 126....so I have been work on that goal...well to my surprise when I seen him he checked my files and said that I should have lost 110 pounds the first year, so I surpassed that by 16 pounds.  I told him I wanted to lose about 5 more pounds....he said just be careful and let my body lose it naturally.

I also have to share...I went to the store to buy a pair of jeans and I bought a size 5 and a size 3...the 5 fit perfect....and the 3 is about an inche to small....but they will fit...oh yes!!!  I can't believe it...I told my husband that when I was born I was better then a 3....WOW!!!!!

On more thing.....this afternoon @ 12:05 my hubby and I are going on a 2 1/2 week vacation...were flying to Nashville then going to Virginia, WashingtonDC then back to Tennessee then home!!!  I am so excited.  My father and stepmother are going with us on our vacation...they are so much fun, I can't wait...but most of all I can't wait to see there face when I see them at the airport.  Now, they have not seen since my RNY surgery....so I bet they are going to be just a little surprised to see me 126 pounds lighter!!!!

Congratulations Michele on your 1 year surgiversary and also to the weight you have lost. That is awesome. It sure does feel good to be thin. I keep saying, "It is amazing !!!!" I sure do love those WOW moments, it just makes you keep going. Gotta love it!!!!!

Wow!!!  Wow!!!  Wow!!!  Congratulations!!!  You have done an awesome job and are an inspiration to us all!  I know you will "Wow" your parents as well when they see you!!!

Michele...I have been wondering where you are gf....I am glad you are okay now...that bug that has been going around is super bad nasty!!!!!

126 in a year...that is amazing gf and size 3 pants...you are a peanut!!! You earned the name little Michele for sure. I am so happy for you!

Have a great trip...make sure you hit all the fun places in Nashville. My son went there last year when Ava was just a wee wee pup...took her to the Jack Daniel distillary and to Graceland....and all the popular tourist sites...it was really cool. I hope you have a super fantastic time!!! Make sure you get some good pics to share here!

Congrats to you Michele,  you have done wonderful!  you should be so proud of yourself!  You go and have a great trip and just enjoy yourself.  126 lbs. in  a year I am amazed.  Keep up the good work only 1 lb. to go!
