Well today is the day Race Day for my boy! We will be leaving soon the race is in Barstow so I will let you know how it goes. Wish my baby luck! Have a good Saturday ALL!!

Nothing going on here today. My back is out and I want to do yard work. Grrrr. Oh well! I am planning my next trip in June to my grandson's graduation in Henderson NV and from there i will be going to AZ to my BFF's 50th Birthday. She doesn't know anything about it.

Good Morning Rhonda and Cali Friends,

Oh, I must admit it was really nice to sleep in this morning.  Yesterday was a very scary day.... I was at work ready to leave for a school site and got a call from my mother in law who thought my father in law had a stroke and she had called 911.  So off to the ER I went with her and we were there until 5pm.  Turns out he did not have a stroke but had a seizure, he has never had a history of seizures before so while we were relieved it wasn't a stroke it was scary nevertheless.  So he is now in the hospital and we went back last night around 8pm and they FINALLY moved him to a room.  Imagine being on one of those darn gurneys from 10:30 a.m. until 8pm, sort of inhumane!

So today we will probably go visit him and then at 4pm I will go to a party to honor our former Superintendent.  He was a jewel of a man, so I am happy to go and support him.

Well, please say a prayer or think good thoughts for my father in law, poor dear has been through so much, but he is a wonderful man and I love him so much.

Janine, I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for your upcoming surgery.  Please let us know when it is.

Morning all...I hope all are feeling as good as can be or better.  Surgeries, and UTSs and back pain..oh my!  I just ache from old bones and weight...one I can fix, one I can't..lol 
I have a french toast bake in the oven right now, getting ready to send my husband off to work, then I am going to clean something.  I will throw little papers in the air and whatever comes back first, I will clean...oh damn..then I have to pick up the stupid little papers....siiiiiiiiiiighhhhhhhhhhh...always something.
I am going to get my garden started this weekend also..anybody else got their  'maters in?  I have to do patio gardening...in pots, (I cannot bend over to plant in Mother Earth...my back won't cooperate )so I am limited...but I love nurturing nature.  My Rambling Roses are exploding..they make me feel warm and fuzzy.  Benedryl anyone??..lol
