New loser, so thankful for all your wonderful support.

I am back home and feeling pretty good.  Everything went as well as can be expected, I tried walking as often as I could in the hospital and I will continue to do the same here at home.  I want to thank all of you that posted to my surgery support page, your words of support and advice I will take to heart.  It feels great to join you on the bench.  I would write more, but I have to go walk, sip, walk, sip, walk, sip, walk...

Congraulations and welcome to the losers bench.  We're here to support you and if I can be of help, please don't hesitate to ask.  So glad you're feeling good.

You got it.. If you are not walking, you are sipping, if you are not sipping you are eating, if you are not eating you are taking vitamins, and then you start the whole thing over again.. hehehe..

I am sure you will get a routine down soon..  Glad you are doing so well.

Hey Sportsfan!  Congratulations on the successful surgery!  Welcome to the Loser's Bench...a friendly and supportative place to be ^_^   It takes a little planning, but I'm confident you will get your routine of vitamins, walk, sip, 'eat', walk, sip, vitamins etc etc etc down in no time.  I took to logging everything on a daily sheet so I could be sure I got everything in...takes planning but sure makes working the tool easier!  Ask all your questions here...someone will have the answers!  Hope you have a speedy recovery and a great journey!
