Another Small Victory

Greetings all,

Well I still have not been able to find a scale that will weigh me in the stores so I have not been able participate in the WWW on Wed. Next Dr's appt is 04/16 and will see the loss then (I hope).

None of my clothes are fitting me know so yesterday I decided to go buy some shorts to wear (I live in shorts during the summer). I grabbed the size I have been wearing and my wife of course says "have you lost your mind, those are too big". So I grabbed the next size smaller and one below that. I tried the smallest ones on first and they were to big !! I had to go to the next size smaller. I have lost 3 pants sizes in just 7 weeks !! This is AWESOME.

Sounds like your doing great with your wls. Go on ebay they have a lot of different scales. The one I bought weighs up to 550. Congrats on your WOW moment that is so awesome.

Way To Go Rick, I have found it drops faster then we think. I know my pants are falling down these days. Try Bed Bath & Beyound  for a scale.

The weightloss happens so fast (esp for men) your head will spin!!  Within 10 days to 2 weeks I was out of new clothes I had bought.  If you buy new make sure it is super tight.  I asked friends and family for used clothes till I got near goal.  Look at thrift shops too.  I went out and spent over $200. on new clothes...thinking I was done with the weightloss...Big mistake.  Doing great Rick!!

How Awesome Rick!  Who needs a scale when you can't keep your pants up??!! LOL  Keep up the great job and committment!  You obviously know what you are doing ^_^
