I am hoping lots of people come out and play this morning and give a big report on how they had a super good weekend!!!!

I surely know I had a good one reconnect with an old friend and then just spending time with my grandchildren and imagine...no work!!! How did that happen  ?

Good Morning Janine and Cali Guys and Gals!

Lets see I think I had a good weekend I am so tired I don't know right now!  lol.  Let's see I had a great time at the Long Beach Coffee and picked up some cute clothing from the gals!  Next time I am just going to take Jean's bag home as I loved everything she shared with me and it all smelled so wonderful!    Then I picked up the chickies that I am totally in love with and then came home and hung out with the family.  Today I am pooped to tell you the truth.  Nothing on schedule today really.  Just to get ready for all my house guests that are coming in the next few months.  I love the spring and summer as people love to come and hang out at our home.  It should be a fun summer.  So if any of you are in the high desert anytime this summer make sure you drop me a line and stop on by.  Go and be you today.  Enjoy your day as I hear it is going to be another beautiful day.

Was a very nice weekend here. Saturday some shopping and visiting with my nephew. Sunday I spent the afternoon in the garden and got lots done. The weather was perfect too.

Good morning everyone--

I had a wonderful weekend, went to my cousin's 30th b-day party.  Managed to be good--hooray!!  It was nice to see my parents and sister, they live in socal me in norcal.  We met in the middle Bakersfield.  I have already been working since 4 am today.  Not my usual schedule but had to do it if I expected my staff to do it.

My weekend was a blast - LB Coffee Sat morning (which Imight add we stayed there gabbing until 1:30) then Becky (my wonderful guest for the night) and I went to my house and some of us got together ater that evening to celebrate some birthdays and had a great time for sure....dinner and drinks and some very unusual characters for sure that joined us....

Then yesterday Becky and Naomi and Imet up for breakfast then met up with Lori and went to an arts and crafts thingy and 3 of us bought really cute dresses to wear for summer...hey maybe once it gets warmer we will all show up someplace in our coordinating frocks....

All in all it was a great weekend.

Today I am sitting around all morning waiting for Verizon to come and install mydirect TV then after that I will probably just be here figuring out how to work the new DVR and such.....so this morning while I wait I am trying to catch up on shows I have already DVR'd that I will lose once they install the Direct TV...

Good Morning Janine and Cali Friends,

The weekend went by so fast.  Not much new news on my father-in-law other than the neuro says he might have had a slight stroke along with the seizure.  One of the challenging things in all of this is that he has a pacemaker, so they cannot do an MRI which is much better at diagnosing brain issues.  So, we'll have to see.  My Mother-in-law says he had a much better day yesterday.

I went and picked up my Step Mom in SF and we drove down to Gilroy to the outlet stores.  We enjoyed the day and walking around and then by the time I got home it was after 8 p.m.

Oh well, back to the grind today.  I hope everyone has a great day.

Good Morning all!  At least I think I'm awake.  Wow.  I could use another 2 or 3 hours.  (Not really - just waiting for the brain cells to catch up with the rest of the body)

Excellent day yesterday.  Started out a little bumpy because the old man was grumpy, but the quiet treatment and "the mom look" made him realize he was an A$$.  He adjusted his attitude and we had a great day.  Went to a house warming bbq for my friend who fought like hell to get her house back from her ex who let it go into foreclosure.  He'd been evicted by the bank and she started working with them and got her house back.  She is such a happy camper!  Long story, but her grandparents had given her the property and built her house and somehow the ex messed things up.

WE played horseshoes, rode bikes, ate, visited, listened to good music and I got to pick on Justin (Joe's friend).  A day picking on Justin is like a day at Disneyland - Nothing but fun!

Today.  Work.  Ugh.  But, I also have an appointment with a reputable tattoo artist who owns a shop here in town.  Both Tika and Kim (my friends) know him and they made a call last night.  He was amazed I had been treated so badly at the other shop and offered finish my tat personally.  So........tonight after work!  (he also thought my idea was GREAT and not dumb and stupid like the other jerk said).  The other guy just didn't want to be bothered by such a small piece and didn't want to touch up other peoples mistakes.  Jerk.

Outta here.............. breakfast almost in and vitamins are done.  Drink your water,  take your vitamins and move that booty today!

Good Monday Morning Cali,

I had a wonderful and eventful weekend.  Sat. I had a dress fitting for a friends wedding in July, almost fit into my dress, hoping it will fit by July.  Then went and did a little shopping at Trader Joes. After that, had a bbq for one of my adopted sons bday with about 20 of his friends and family, and played a game called partini till midnight. Fun!, but my fav part of the weekend was on Sun. I went to my sons house in Highland and played with my beautiful granddaughter all afternoon. I know just what you mean Jeanine, I got my boost for another week from my little Mylee.  She is such a joy.  Your babies are adorable too!!
Don't you just love life when they're around.  Have a great week all.

Well the weekend went great! Janine those babies r  beautiful,here is my youngest Brody 15 months. Robin

I spent the weekend running around finding stuff to decorate team hats with for our 3 Day . . . I'm going to TRY to attach a pic of the model lol . . . omg trying to get all the paperwork (electronic) done so the links take you here and there . . . lots of fun . . . sorry if I'm rambling about this . . .but I'm excited!

The I'm going to laminate pictures of breast cancer people and put them around the hat - figure I better laminate because there is rain here and there in Seattle sometimes :D  It isn't clear in the pic, but there is light pink ribbon running through the lace and then clear heart beads around that . . . I like it!
