Hello Newbie Here

I was reading your post this morning and I'm still chewing on it.  I appreciate how much you care.  It's great encouragement to newbies.  Actually, everyone here is so expressive and seem to communicate with such ease.

My avatar picture is my shih-tzu, Dudley.  He's under the weather this morning and crying for his mama, but I don't know how he got so spoiled!!??  He's got horrible skin allergies and he's one hurting little guy with huge hot spots.  Probably another trip to the vet.  Oh dear!!!

But the best part of the day is still ahead.  I teach a class on Thursday mornings for a group of incredible seniors.  Then the gym this afternoon.  I missed yesterday due to appointments and boy do I feel the 'loss'.  Later a hair cut.  I'm going to be on the run, but hallelujah, I can almost, sorta run!!!  I was'nt moving for sooo long, and this tastes like freedom!
