My accidental coffee chocolate protein shake..

You know some days I am a little slow on the uptake, so many of you may or may not have already tried this with varius other products etc. but since I like it I thought I would share it. Woke up late, from being up late watching a movie with the kids. Scurrying around trying to get everybody out the door, on the bus- no time for coffee, no time for breakfast, have chocolate atkins advantage because I like the strawberry better I always end up having a chocolate in there somewhere, and no milk...had half a pot of cold coffee in the fridge in a pitcher because I like to make my own homemade iced lattes with milk, SF syrups and splenda etc.
Long story short, as I'm leaving, I throw together a half a starbucks venti cup of ice, coffee up to the half way mark filled the rest of the cup with Milk Chocolate Delight Atkins Advantage protein shake, three splenda and stir..wow..yum. I know some people can't stand the after taste of some sweeteners but I don't anymore and this is really good and now using the chocolate shakes instead of milk ( less carbs- only 1g or half since I use half a shake-and 15g of protein- or half or that.. where milk only has around 9 in my lattes. . :) Just thought I'd share if you are a iced coffee fan like me or a coffee and chocolate fan..you'll love it. Wonder what it tastes like with the mocha and vanilla now..lol..I'll let ya know!

How funny - that is what I have EVERY MORNING.....advantage with coffee - it is good hot also.....I just pour the advantage in the glass and if I want it hot then I warm it in the microwave then add the coffee....and...it is really good if you put it in a blender with ice - like an Iced mocha...and it is good with the vanilla and the mocha - I drink them all....although I don't usually add the splenda, maybe I will try that for a sweater taste....

:) I love it, gonna try it warm too! Some mistakes are just meant to happen :) lol THANKS for the other ways of combining the two! I had two today to finish off the shake.. :)
