picking a surgeon

 Hi,
Has anyone had his/her surgery done by Dr. Milton Owens? I am just starting the process. I have to self-pay and can go to anyone. I am looking into having him as my surgeon since he can offer post-surgery insurance for the self-payer. 
If he was your surgeon, how was your experience?

I had Dr. Owens and honestly I think he is the best.  I had no complications what so ever and was out of the hospital in 26 hours.  He was wonderful.  He is straight forward and pulls out no surprizes.  He gives great advice and leaves little scars.  I adore him personally.  I have met/interviewed many others but he is the one that I chose and I know everyone who has ever used him only has positive things to say about him.  I used to work in your neck of the woods right before the entrance of where you live in the little complex in the back.  The business is no longer there, but I so love that area.  Add my to your friends list or PM me I would love to answer any questions you may have.  and if you need an angel, I am open to being yours.  (I can even tell you what an angel does!  lol)

I love Dr. Owens, he is the best.

Except for the fact that he recently closed his San Pedro office and rolled that operation into the Chapman facility, my experience have been EXCELLENT.

He is an very knowledgable, competent surgeon and a kind human being.
