Happy Friday All!!!
OMG I do not have to ask is it Friday yet because yay yay yay....IT's FRIDAY gang and yes I am yelling it too!!!
Seemed like a terribly long week...have no idea why...oh wait a minute....we all work perhaps...and I have gotten little sleep. However....I slept until a big 3:35 this morning!!! YAY!!!
I do not have time to do a shout out this morning....it is almost my time to get up really and get my day rolling.
What I do want to say....thank you all so much for the kind words you left me....I do really appreciate and I am way excited when my students get recognized and our school because sometimes we kind of get a bum rap because of our location. The girl who was mentioned in the article is one of my students in advanced art and she is this wonderful girl that has the heart the size of the world...always willing to give and give a part of herself. I truly hope to hear someday that she has gone big places in her life.
Also I just want you all to know that you all inspire me too....I might put the words out here for you all to read, but I am just writing what is on all of your minds. Like I said...it takes all of us to make this work!
So on that note...whatcha all have planned this weekend? I know there is the lunch for the SD peeps and other than that....what gives kids? We all want to live vicariously through you all especially if we have to sit home and be domestice goddesses or something dumb like that....better known as cleaning house and doing chores!
Hope you all have a great day and hold on to your bonnets if you are in a high wind area...today is definitely not a skirt day in the desert!!! LOL
PEACE OUT!!!

“When you find peace within yourself, you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others.” –Peace Pilgrim (1908-1981).
Even though yesterday was my first day back to work and I am only working 2 days then have the weekend off, I am feeling whooped. I am tired of being tired!!
Today after work I go for blood tests for my Thyroid, then again wait for results and then see where we go. Can you say fed up?!?!?
This weekend.....Yep So Cali lunch, Costco and hopefully a day of nothing Sunday.
Oh well off to try to wake up and get ready for work. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! Be good to yourselves and those around you!!

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations.
I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty,
believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.

Yes, I know I have been MIA for a while, and that is because my lap top does not have internet and I do not turn this ccomputer on all that much. It just seems like a huge problem to push the switch to turn it on.
About 4 months ago, my shoulder started bothering me, I just ignored it and kept right on going. You might remember, that 11 miles that I done with Rhonda, I only had one arm, because the right one was in that sling. Well, last night, Cyndi and I went for a 4 mile run. About 15 minutes into the run, my shoulder really started bothering me. When ever I would swing it back and forth, it felt like there was sand in there. Not a good feeling! I tried running with out moving it, but that didn't work out all that great. Tomorrow's race is going to be fun. Oh well, I guess as long as I finish, which I will. That is all that matters. There is a reason Lynn calls me blood stump. Now before you all start yelling, I have seen the doc, and infact I had PT on wednesday and he knews I am going to run this race, and he did NOT seem to think it would be a big deal. Of course he was thinking of that the fun he would have when I return for more abuse. He LIKES hurting me. That Snot!!! Trust me, trying to sleep last night, was no fun. My shoulder was re-living ever painful second the run. This morning is not that bad. Just sore, but I can live with that. LOL
Oh well, time to jump in the shower and start my day. OH joy! I wanted to stop bye and let you all know that I am still among the living.
I wish you all a great day.

Woo HOo Friday - so happy all you worker bees made it through the week and now have the weekend to re-coop.
As for me....I am going to the SD Lunch tomorrow with Naomi which should be lots of fun - such a great group .....then Sunday - I have no idea. Hopefully I will watch Slumdog Millionaire which I got the other day.
Yesterday was "work" lol babysitting ... and it was a breeze as that little girl took a 2 hour nap and Aunt Jeannie just caught up on magazines and didn't do much of anything...
Now for today - it is nail and toes day and thats about it...
Everyone have a great Friday and an even better weekend - do something fun for yourself.
Oh yeah, I did sugn up for the Revlon 5K that MonicaP posted about...along with Rhonda...so now I really do HAVE to get out there and start walking so that come May 9th I am not to out of shape...so time to get used to walking. I mean its only a 5K but thats enough for me...of course the whole pledge thing is new to me as I haven't really ever done anything where I needed to get people to pledge money to sponsor me. But this is such a great cause - and since it is for womens cancer I decided to do it.
Ok well time to go read the paper and have the rest of my protein coffee....
Hugs to all - have a great day
Let see I have to get the kids up and ready for school, I have to pack the chickies to get to school for share day. Drop off the teens, come back and pick up the chicks drop them at home pick up my neighbors boy and bring him over, go to the doctor for the female thing, drive back here feed the kids, put them to nap, get some laundry don, pack everything up for the kdis to get to the shcool carnival, work the school carnival for 2 hours, go to new enrollment orientation, sign up my daughter, take the kids to other activities at the carnival, come home cook dinner and then I get to pass out! Slow day actually. lol. This weekend I am hoping to go on a hike somewhere and then I need to work on getting my house back together a bit. I have had little ones here all week long so I have been focusing on them. THis is for my neighbors kids and they so need help. I am teaching the children some manners and I am teaching them who is in charge, and to rely on the "mother" and not to just do what they want. Hard chore but I am making a little progress. I got both her kids to take a nap yesterday at the same time for 2 hours one even slept 3 hours which is unheard of for these kids. So another few weeks and at least I will have them on the right track, now if she keeps up my work who knows? So if you get a chance say a little prayer for her as she really has no clue and is not a good listener. Ok enough from me. Everyone go and have a wonderful day!

So keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer for us.
