HAPPY SURGIVERSARY GUS GUS!!

I just got a wonderful message from a great friend that today is his 3 year sugiversary  can you believe he use to weigh 457lbs ,, He has had an amazing journey is now a gym rat and continues to support so many people including me through this process its been a life changing experience and I'm glad he and Anna are a part of my life and continue to be so supportive in so many ways,,

Way to go Gus!!

Congrats on your surgiversary Gus!!!  You are one of the most supportive and encouraging people on these boards...thank you!!!  And at over 250 pounds lost, you sure know how to rock your tool!!!  Hugs to you and Anna.

BTW:  thanks for the Chef salad for dinner idea last week.....that's what I made last Thursday night and OMG it really hit the spot.  I'm missing Ms Shells' posts this week....hope everything is OK.

Awwww thanks Christine for giving an shout out to Gus!  Yes, he has had an amazing journey and keeps on going. I know he is my husband, but when I take a step back and see him as an individual...he is one who is so caring and supportive for other to do well and be healthy.  I am also glad that we are part of this community and have met many wonderful people, such as yourself.

Awwww...thanks Christine....Yup, I've lost 270lbs and love life better than ever.  Ya'll OH'ers continue to support and inspire me all the time.  Being 3 years out is not easy...I have to continue to watch the calorie intake and I have to exercise alll the freak'n time. 

Geez...My waist size was a 60 and I used to wear 6XL shirts.  Today, without PS, my waist size is 38 and shirt size a M to L...What a relief!!!!!

I feel good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gus congrats on 3 great years.  You are truly the definition of a weight loss rock star and all around great man.

Congratulations on your 3rd surgiversary.  You continue to inspire us newbies.  I want some of your exercise addiction to transfer to me!  I am moving more, but need to get much more cardio in.
