Supplements
There might be a place with this info already posted but I havent seen anything.
Where does everyone buy their supplements at? The only places I've been able to find anything (such as protein drinks) is online or at GNC. GNC is expensive and I dont really want to pay shipping and handling all the time.
Can any recommend a good place with reasonable prices.
Or is there already a topic that Im not seeing that has this type of info. I'm sure there is and Im just not seeing it.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Melissa,
I found that Walmart has most all vitamins that I use. I like Unjury protein and that you get on line at Unjury.com. They will send you free samples if you send them an e-mail or give them a call. I prefer the chocolate as it is really subtle and not too sweet. I mix it with skim milk and that gives me 27 grams of protein. The shipping and handling is reasonable and they are quick.
If you don't want to order on line, you can get Myloplex light at Walmart. It's about 5 dollars for 4 ready to drink protein.
Hope that helps.

I shop at several places. Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin World, Trader Joe's even Wal-Mart. Are you looking for powder or ready to drink?

I'm looking for ready to drink. I get up at 2am for work and I dont think anyone wants to hear a blender going that early in the morning. lol
There are so many I have no idea where to start or what to try.
I bought some iron pills but they arent chewable so I'm returning them tomorrow @ Mothers Market. When I was there yesterday they only had powder protein drinks. I drove around all over orange county yesterday with no luck. I'm lost! lol
I have the multi and b12. So I'm good with that. But I totally forgot to get the calcium citrates. :/
I feel like I'm panicking lol
breathe.... breathe.... lol

I remember that feeling of omgosh did I get everything???? Your right breathe everything will be ok :)
I get my protein powder at Vitamin Shoppe, you dont have to use a blender you can buy a shaker cup.......its not as tasty but it gets the job done. Ready mades can get expensive so if you can shake it you will be saving yourself some $$$$. I also recommend the Nectar brand b/c its not as thick of a shake which is easier to get down those first few weeks. Hugs :)
Oh I forgot to tell you you can get liquid calcium citrate at Whole Foods and it taste pretty good.
