Wow moment that made me cry!

Today I hit 110 lbs gone!  In honor of this moment I asked my husband to get me weights that weighed as much as I have lost.  He gave me 35#'s and I thought I was going to die carrying that around.  Then he gave me 45# lbs and I could hardly move.  Then I asked my son who weighs about 118 lbs to let me carry him on my back for a sec.  I did and I could hardly move.  I wanted to cry.  I cried because I could not believe that I used to walk around with that much weight on me and actually function in life.  How in God's green earth did I do it?  I sure can't do it now.  I thought I had a full life back then, but I know now that was not true.  I have #35 more to loose and I could barely lift that.  If I feel this good now, how is it going to be when I reach that goal?  I can't imagine feeling better than I do right this minute.  I thank God every day for the blessing of this surgery.  When any of you get discouraged, go grab some weights that weigh what you have lost so far, I am sure the feeling will bring you to tears as it did me.  I feel sad for the Rhonda that used to be and I rejoice in the Rhonda that I am today.  Thank you my freinds for being here for me and encouraging along this journey of many blessings.  I am so truely blessed to have all of you in my life.

It's amazing the stress that being overweight puts on our bodies. Its amazing that we carried all that weight around day in and day out.  What a WOW moment for sure.  You have lost a whole person.  I feel amazed every morning I get up and look in the mirror now.
Congrats!

Rhonda that is a way cool moment for sure.  I can't even imagine trying to pick up the 160+ I have loss.  I won't even continue my workout when Jordyn wants me to carry her and she is only 20.  What great perspective that is.  A great Wow for sure.  Weigh to go.
