Protein Powder recs

Hi Everyone,

I am doing all of my pre-surgery shopping, making sure I have the right supplies at home. I wanted to find out from you- which protein powder do you prefer?

Hi i am 6 weeks post op and I like the EAS powder it has 23 grams of protein I think.  I get it at target $20 for the big container.

Warning do not go out and buy a big container of protein powder. Your tastes can change after surgery. Get a bunch of samples, so you can try before and after surgery. My website has different places listed for protein supplements, vitamins, etc. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Marcy is so right I have two large containers and I don't like neither one anyone. Samples are the way to go.

I cant stand any of the protien powders i bought befor surgery and i gag at the thought of anything chocolate flavored.Buy samples and see what you like after surgery because your taste buds are going to change.

I like Unjury and if you call them on their toll free line, they will send you a sample or two at no cost.  I prefer the chocolate and unflavored.  It's best to wait as many have mentioned as some folks tastes change.  I was one of the ones who's tastes did not change other than I didn't like minty sf choc pudding.  Everything else has been smooth sailing.

Go to http://www.vitalady.com/ for protein shakes samples... They have so many to choose from.  I ordered several samples before my sx.  Good luck :)
