Good VSG Surgeons in SoCal?

 I'm looking for both a good surgeon for VSG in SoCal and one that is willing to take the time to help me appeal with Federal BCBS PPO as I've been told that it is not covered.

Anybody have any recommendations?  I know of at least one person with Federal BCBS PPO that was approved, so I know it's possible.

I have Empire BC PPO and Dr Crookes' office got me approved on the first try. Dr Crookes did also write a letter of medical necessity along with the paperwork to put it over the top.
In my biased opinion there is no one better in all of the land, near or far.

If its not covered because your employers has an exclusion there is nothing anyone can do about it
