Just want to wish everyone a Happy Passover as well as a Happy Easter!
Un-Leven Bread (Matzo) is a carb nightmare BTW...But Jewish Brisket is Protein Paradise (with the fat cut that is).

Actually, I can eat a little matzo but most bread puts me into agony.

Thank you for the warm Passover wishes and I extend the same to you.

I have the best of both worlds. I am Jewish by heritage and a Born-again Christian. I attended my first Sedar last year and it was fabulous. I love the traditions that go into it.

Glad it's working for you.

I'm a run-of-the-mill Jew who appreciates the heritage and tradition of Judaism and other religions.  When I lived in places that didn't have a lot of Jews and, hence, had few or no Jewish services, I'd go to whatever services I could when I felt the need for religious rituals.  The mores of most religions are fairly similar.
