Saturday, April 18th, we will be holding another meeting in Rosamond. It will be at 11:00 at Trade Winds Mobile Estates. We are planning to hold these meetings the 3rd Saturday of each month as long as there is an interest.

This meeting will will be having a clothing exchange and a protein sampling. Bring in the ones you don't want anymore and leave with something you do. Of course you don't have to bring anything but yourself, your questions and/or insights to share with the group.

I loved the sample of the chocolate that you gave us last time...The white. I put it in an iced coffee...YUMO..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
