Major Victory and WOW moment for me yeaterday

Greetings all,

Hope everyone is well and want to wish all the people having their surgery today the best of luck with their journey.

Went to the doctor yesterday for follow up on my knee (you know, the one I messed up after I crashed and burned on that evil treadmill of mine). Well the nurse asked if I wanted to try the scale in the office and of course you know me, I said no because its been to soon since the surgery and it wouldnt weigh me. She takes me to the exam room, does my vitals and said "come on, lets just give the scale a try". I just dont understand you women........Just so persistent

Well I agreed and I got on the scale and you want know something..............The stupid thing actually was able to weigh me. This is the first time in recent memory that I can recall being able to get weighed in the doctors office on their scale.

I am offically under the 400 pound mark in just 2 1/2 months since surgery......What a hell of a feeling......
