New but not new here..

I'm a convert/transplant from another couple of boards. I had my lap RNY July 2006...maintaining...

What I like about the Cali board is that I recognize the places where everyone is...and they know mine too...BFE is actually Mojave...And I know a couple of members in Mojave.

Did you know that the cruise ship we went on to Ensenada held more people than LIVE IN MOJAVE? LOL...I'm glad to be here.

Wow, more people than live in Mojave. That would be a crowded ship I think even if Mojave is small.

We did have an awesome time...After we found my purse and our camera. Both were lost and presumed stolen for about an hour before we even left port...It was hell for a short while. I nearly jumped off the ship myself! LOL but it was a happy ending.

I had a similar experience in 1999 when I started working at Disneyland. I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, little less than 5600 people - and the first day I worked the attendance was over 50k! My small town mind was blown away by that!
