I bled like this for almost 4 years.I had kiaser ins. at the time and couldnt get any help.Everytime i i went in i would see a different Dr. and they would put me on different types of birth control it was awful i became so anemic i was weak and sick.I was finall seen by a female doctors assistant on one visit and she got me in with a female gyn and she found that i had fybroid cists all over my uterus and during my period they would grow and push into my spine and everything else and cause great pain and heavy (im bleeding to death) periods.I had a complete hysterectomy after that.I saw at least 25 different doctors during those 4 years and not one of those idiots did anything to help. You need a find a really good gyn good luck.

That is EXACTLY what my Step-mom thinks is going on..

I am calling my PCP first thing tomorrow morning and asking to get and emergency referral for an OB/GYN..

Thank you so much for your time and help.

Hugs,
Jenn

Jenn,

You absolutely have a right to feel PO'd, and I would call the Chief of Staff and complain about that slimeball doc.  He should never have told you he needed to get you out of there!  Every hospital has specialists in each field on call (in this case an OB/GYN) and should have been called in to examine you.  I am sure there is another hospital in Monterey or surrounding areas, please go there if this continues or at the very least call that OB/GYN that you were given the name of and see if there is a chance you could be seen today, or Monday at the latest.

I have you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hugs,
Barb

Yes once I am feeling better I will file one.. Just to weak and tired to now..

I am not bleeding quite so bad, but still am stuck on the couch not being able to do anything cause when I stand up is when I bleed even more.

I am going to contact my PCP tomorrow, and see if he can refer me to a OB/GYN specialist.

I will keep you all updated..

Thank you for your concern. It really means a lot to me ..

Hugs,
Jenn

OMG!!!!  I would be Furiuos.  I would report him.  Most hospitals have a patient Liason(?spelling) but basically a person who handles issues that a patient may have. I would definately be contacting them to complain, but more importantly......are you ok now?  has it let up at all?  I hope your alright.
