Back From Vacation!

Well I made it back from vacation had a wonderful time!  Got to do so many things that I have not been able to do in years because of my weight.  I was able to horseback ride through the desert and I was 40lbs under the max weight limit.  I rode a cruiser bike for miles and miles and was not even tired.  I walked 2.5 miles each way into town like it was around the corner.  I shocked myself.  I did not even get winded on the way back when it was up hill.  I went ATV riding up and down sand dunes.  That was such a blast.  I recommend everyone do that.  Then I went to the Follies which is a show of people over 50.  MOst were in their 60's and one was 85.  She is the oldest working show girl in Guiness book of world records.  She dances better than anyone I have ever seen also.  We also got to see John Davidson, he is old but still has a beautiful smile.  It was a great time.  I also discovered re-sale shopping and what fun things you can get in normal sizes!  That was a super fun thing.  Then today, hooked up with a great freind and went to the outlet malls shopping.  Had fun there and got some good bargins as I am the coupon queen and had coupons and gift certificates so I got some great deals on stuff that I wanted.  That was way cool.  I then came home kissed and hugged all my munchkins and then off to a support group for some coffee and good chatting.  Almost fell asleep and came home!  Now Do I really have to come home and clean house and do laundry and cook and all that junk, you betcha, do I want to?  Not in this life, but reality has raised it's ugly head and back to the grind.  I want to thank Ms. LULU for taking care of one of my babies for the weekend.  She did an amazing job even though my little munckin got really sick.  She did everything she could for her and my munchkin told me to tell her thank you for all of the spoiling she did.  (you know it is going to take me forever now fix her!  I think all miss LuLu did was to carry her around and give her everything she wanted, but I guess that is what auntie's are for  SO a big

I hope everyone had a great time while I was gone, it is going to take me a few days to catch up on everything that happened around here.

Thanks so much Barb.  Janine took that picture of my husband and one night when we met for dinner!  That was a fun night.  We got to meet some of Janine's buddies and they were just a hoot!  Thanks Janine for the getting the Avatar up so quickly it is so cute and you are a great photographer!  Thanks bunches.

So glad you had fun.  Every couple needs those kinds of vacations!  We just got back from Oroville where we took Joe's mom and step-dad out to dinner.  We had the best afternoon, dinner and a trip to the casino where we all blew $20 in a big fat fun hurry!

DD and I had a great time with the baby. Sorry I broke her. DD yelled at me about that also. She kept telling me "its ok to let them cry".....

I hope she is feeling better and that they whole herd don't get sick.

I am happy you was able to spend some MUCH needed alone time with your honey.

Welcome home Rhonda!  Sounds like your 'vacation' was as busy as one of your 'routine' days LOL  You really did attack the 'adventurous' you...all those outings sound so cool ^_^   But who took care of the chicks while you were gone??? LOL

Glad that you had a good trip.  Wow John Davidson. I used to have a huge crush on him.  Loved his dimples.  How old is he now I wonder.
Wow your little one got sick.  I am sure that Luana did a great job with her too.  Too bad she got sick.  OMG, I sure do remember when my kids were little they would get ear infections and all that fun stuff if you looked at them too quickly. My son would get them so bad but never ran a fever or anything. But my daughter well that was a different story.  She would get these high temps along with them.  I feel your pain with the baby being sick.  My son all her ever got was boogers. I sure hope that the dr gave her some good bug juice if she had some kind of nasty ear infection.
Unfortunately for you it is now back to the grind of dishes laundry and all of that fun stuff. I am sure the other kids were really happy to see you.
