Good Morning to all my Cali Friends!!!

I'm absolutely thrilled that tomorrow is Friday! Work has been slow, I'm getting way too bored and I just want this week to be over! Thrusdays are our slowest days so I have a feeling I'll be posting a lot today! Haha!!

Good afternoon Cali!
I can't believe how fast this week has flown by.  I'm very excited though, because tomorrow starts my week long vacation. (I've already been on "vacation" from work, but now I'm just going to actually do something fun with my time.)  I'm heading up to Redding tomorrow.  I went to school up there and I have some friends graduating on Saturday.  I'll stay there for a few days and then make it down to Paradise to visit my best friend for a while.  Then I have to go back up to Anderson May 2nd for my Great Aunt's memorial service.  It'll be good to see family.

Today, I have to finish putting my room back in order and start packing!

Afternoon Chris and Cali gang
Just back from my 3X trek around the office block with co-worker. I must be getting more energy..co worker said I'm walking faster...so might want to kick it to 4X around the block LOL  At least she hasn't suggested running!  I don't know if I'll ever get to that point...walking is good for now ;-)

Work is steady with no pressures just yet...that'l come next month as we get closer to our annual convention in June.  I'm really looking forward to it this year..we're going to Maui Hawaii...will be there a week and the company pays for all my expenses (except personal stuff I buy for me)! Convinced hubby it would be in his best interest to 'tag along' (he usually doesn't go with me to convention) and I've already paid for his air fare...so he has no choice! LOL  I've even arranged to rent a car (at company discount!) so we can go site seeing when I'm not working the reception area...so asked him to find some places to go see ^_^

The rest of the week looks sorta busy...got carving club books to work on, mow the back yard, support group on Saturday and either Saturday or Sunday we're heading to Stockton for the Asparagus Festival....lived there for 30 years and never attended...sheesh, what we don't pay attention to in our backyards :-(  If Sunday remains 'open', we might head up to Roseville to check out the last fully functional Steam Engine, #884 (or is it 844?? LOL)...steam engines are a passion of my husbands...to me they are just a bucket of steel and water ROTFL
