Good Morning Calif, and welcome to this wonderful saturday morning.......
Yesterday I got some sad bummer type news. My running partner can no longer run with me. They are having tight money problems and they can not aford her paying for the runs anymore. I guess the good thing is that she told me now, before I paid for the next two runs for us. Yeah, I pay for them, then she pays me back. I was waiting to hear if my nephew is going to do the first one with us before sending the check in. Since he is able to run with me on that day, we are still doing. It should be fun, since it will be his first, and only before he heads off to
"be All he can be" (He is in track, and thought he might have a meet on that day, so he had to check, before saying ok)
Yesterday DD and I went shopping for new living room set, and found a great set at Ashley's. They have a spaical going on 14 pieces for $999 This is the first time, I have every had "New" stuff. I have alway had hand me downs. This set I have now is ok but I think its to much for in here. So my niece is going to take some and the rest will go to good well or freecycle. The new stuff will be here on the 6th. I think we are going to paint before the new stuff comes. I can not waiting for the new stuff to get here.
You do not know how hard it is to type when you have a dog laying on you. Trying in vian to lay in your arms. Frankie thinks I should stop what I am doing to hold him. He is so darn cute. And suck a lover. And a pain in the butt!!
I had a hard time sleeping last night because for some reason DD's Chloe had a sleep over last night and she slept with me last night. DD has been complaining about having hot flashes at night, I think it's Chloe. She is like a little heater. OMG!!! I would wake up and move to get way from her, and she would move over to get closer. I almost ended up sleeping on the floor. I think we should rent her out this coming winter to homless people to keep warm. Dang, her in there box, would be like centeral heat. Her body is HOT!
OK time to get in the shower and start my day. I have to work this weekend. UGH!!!
So what do you have on the books for this wonderful day? Or over the weekend. I hope you have time to spend 5 minutes or more taking care of youself.

Sorry about your running partner, I am sure you will find a new one without any problems. Chole can come stay at my house not a problem. I told you that last time I saw you that she wants to come and be with all the children here anyways, but you just don't listen. lol. Congrats on the new furniture. I can't wait to see it. I know it is going to be terrific.
Today I am going to the Long Beach Coffee and I can't wait to see everyone It should be great! Then to pick up our T-shirts for the REvlon Walk.
Well that is about it for me today, same old same old. I did organize my closet and I am bringing 4 big bags full of clothing to Long Beach, so I hope I can mug Jean and the parking lot as I am going to have nothing to wear now! lol.

Morning Lu and Cali . . . sorry about your running partner . . . but I can sure relate to the money thing . . . just the cost of "stuff" for my 3 Day is driving me nuts . . .but I think I've got most of what I need now . . .
I'm sitting here trying to get my protein drink down with my pills . . . without them getting stuck . . .and then I gotta hit the sidewalks for an hour and a half . . .and then back and get ready for work. I was at the gym on a treadmill last night . . . but I had eaten 1 piece of stupid pasta like an hour before I went . . . and after 1/2 hour I had to quit because the pain from the pasta piece was killing me . . .and it was going to get ugly if I didn't stop.
Hey . . .did I tell you guy about my cholesteral? In 1 month I got it down 40 pts . . . 1) started more walking and 2) started taking CoQ10. I am going to swear by that stuff from now on! I took the liquid stuff in March - but was stupid this time and got the pills (well they ARE cheaper) . . . but boy do I have to baby them to get them down in the morning. I'd check with your doctors if anyone has high cholestral . . . I can't believe the difference!!!!!
OK . . .can't drink protein while I'm typing with 2 hands . . . so Im outta here . . .Have a great time at the LB coffee everyone! How fun! Maybe I'll walk up there one of these days lol

Well that sucks you have no running partner...you are going to have to convince Rhonda to run now! I can just see her with one of those baby running strollers and you two together....OMG...they will think you two are gay for sure LMFAO!!!! (It is a joke everyone...so don't go start slammin! They will get it!).
Anywho today I am going to go and get my Mr. Hunterpants and take him to the Living Desert if the wind is not too crazy. It really huffed and puffed here last night kept me up most of the night...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, but it still will be a good day....how could it not be....I have my grandson....it is Saturday, the sun is shinning and and and....who knows what else....life is good!!!

Hey you! I want to be her running partner but I can't find a sports bra that will hold these huge knockers in place while I run. I do run around the track in my back back but I have to do it holding my boobs, I don't think I can do that in public though I think there are laws against it.! lol I don't think they make a stroller that will hold 5 kids. I used to have a quad stroller but I donated it to a woman who actually had quads! But if you see a triplet jogging stroller at a yard sale pick that darn thing up for me I will take it. And I think I am just going to have to get some extra strength duct tape and tape these boobies up and then Lu can have her running partner! What do you think?

Hey Lu I am sorry your running partner had to drop out but that's very cool your nephew can run his first with Auntie Lu!
Glad it's the weekend, well actually D and I took off two vaca days Thursday and yesterday for a four day weekend. With yesterday being the first birthday of brother Bob since he passed last July and my first to celebrate and not share with him (mine today) in my whole life, not to mention without Mom and brother Walter too, I've been pretty apprehensive, sad and depressed. But you know what? I got through the day yesterday without too many tears and woke up this morning feeling pretty good mentally!
Now part of that good mood is because I am heading to Disneyland today (what, I should pass up a free ticket? LOL) with D, my nephew Jason and his fiance' Anna. If you are a friend of mine and/or D's on Facebook check in today as I am going to try upolading photos from my iPhone from time to time.
Guess I'd better get a move on or we won't get to the park before noon!
Wishing all of you a beautiful day.... be good to yourselves and tell those you love that you love them, they won't be here forever!

You think a dog is hard try a 1 year old. I am typing this for the second time as whe did something with the mouse and it all went away. Today we are going to coffee and maybe the lunch depending on whether or not her dad is coming by and the timing. Also spend some time in our garden. and of course like every weekend I have school work to do.

Today is recovering from my Ablation yesterday. Feeling a little lazy and having some cramps but doing pretty well. DH is working so lil Sammi is taking good care of me.
Not much else going on this weekend. submitted an offer on a house yesterday so now we wait and see if they accept it or counter. If it's the right one for us, it'll work out. If not, we'll keep looking.
Hope everyone going for coffee has a great time. Wi**** wasn't so far away, I feel kinda isolated over here sometimes.

Last night one of our best friends Steve came over and we did dinner and then played dominoes. I started great out the shoot but lost in the home stretch, Steve won!
This weekend doesn't have too much planned. I want to get Ron's graduation party invites printed and in the mail. I will go visit my in laws and I think the rest may be free time.
