Looking for feedback

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this so please bear with me!  :O)
I recently went to a seminar for Dr. Sunil Bhoyrul and I'm wondering if there is anyone out there that has had their surgery done with him? 

I thought he was awesome, very informative and friendly.  So the 1st impression was great!  Now just looking to see what other types of experiences anyone else has had.  I go for my consult appt on May 7th.  I was already told that my insurance is the easiest one to get approval through, so now I'm just crossing my fingers!  Already have psych eval and dietician consult appt as well.  I am so excited that I keep telling everyone I know! lol  

Would love to hear from anyone in the San Diego area!

Like Luana...I know nothing about the doctor, but I wanted to welcome you to the Cali board....Hope to see you often.  The people here are all so wonderful and you can ask anything WL related or not.

Welcome to the Cali board!  Don't know anything about your surgeon, but I wanted to say "hi."

And as far as folks from San Diego, you should try to attend the SD Dinner that is posted up by Nikki.  Lots of nice folks.

Welcome to the Cali Board...I have never hears of your Dr. But if you just do your homework. Follow the protol you surgeon gives you take any and all the nut classes offered though his offive. From the looks of things ... Honey you are on your wasy..

Thanks everyone!  You've all been very welcoming!  :O)  There is definitely alot of good advice on here, so you'll be hearing from me as I accomplish each step towards getting that surgery date.
