My Hell-Yah moment!!!

Thanks!! I love Higa! He is the best... But ya gotta work the tool, he can only do so much....  Hittin' the gym 5 days a week for two hours a day helps..

I too love Higa.  My husband was so impressed by him that after watching the seminar, he changed his mind and decided to go forth with RNY and would only allow Higa to do it.  No, I don't attend the support group down there.  I'm about 2 hours north of Fresno, in the Modesto area.  I'm looking into joining a gym myself now.  I just need to stop making excuses not to go lol.  Good luck Gavin, I'm rootin' for ya!

Well stop making them! Trust me, the first few weeks are the hardest... I love going now! When I miss a day I am not a happy Camper...

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!  Keep up the good work and I can't wait until I get my surery done and reach the 200 mark.  I haven't weighed that since my son was born 27 yrs ago.
