Good Morning Janine and Cali,

Well to say I had my day from hell was an understatement.  I got to work yesterday and was pooped.  I was in the process of making packets for my kids to do (copier kept misfeeding) when I had a major dump.  sweats, heart racing, abdominal cramps, nausea the whole nine.  I had to get out of there quick.  Got home got as far as the couch and crashed.  It was freezing and so I woke up with a lovely cold.  So much for open house.  Felling better today and I'm hoarse which means I'm on the tail end of the cold already.  Thanks God for echinacea.

Good Morning Janine and Cali Guys and Gals,

How is everyone this marvelous Friday morning?  I hope well.  My in laws came in yesterday and  it was very nice.  ONly thing they said to me is "You look nice".  I lost over 100 lbs and all they could say is "You look Nice".  I was a bit shocked, but maybe because I did not want to make a big deal of my surgery in the begginning they think I don't want it now.  Oh well so is life really.  It was interesting last evening when they were talking about all the drama that is going on in my husbands family right now.  I am so glad they are all in Colorado and we are here in California.  My sister in law spent more time on the phone with her family then she did talking to us.  I found that to be odd.  She is like the peace maker for the family so everyone calls her, well she is a Pastors wife so maybe that is it?  I finally said I don't want to hear anymore of the drama it just makes me too sad.  I have to watch what I say to her as she is like the reporter for the family and tells everyone everything.  She lives such an open life, but has a hard time realizing that I do not.  I like to keep to myself what I want and not share everything with everyone.  I love her dearly but that is where we differ.  I like to choose who and what I tell about myself, not have someone else tell my entire story.   Hell I got to have something to talk about.  But I am so boring compared to my husbands siblings.  So never much for them to talk about me other than I have the biggest boobs of all of them.  lol.  Oh well.  Well I got to go it is getting late.  Thanks for listening to my boring post.  Talk soon.

So glad it is Friday!  It was a short week. but a long one!  Trying to decide what to do for our wedding anniversary.  We went to a show while in Vegas, but still want to do something special.   Hope everyone has a great day and be safe!

Second day in a row to wake up with a headache..WTH? Anyway, hoping to take in that new Chik Flik with dh on Saturday and have a Barbeque on Sunday (after the chili cookoff and flea market, that is.) Skipping church again on Sunday. Bad girl..heheheheh.

Well for me, fun weekend and a new experience. Camping with my husband in our retirement travel trailer. New experience, can't believe I am retired, and excited about getting away for a couple of days.
Won't be on the boards for a couple of days, but you all will be in my thoughts. I just love coming on here and seeing every body's post.

Good Morning Janine and Cali Friends,

Happy TGIF, oh I am so glad it's here!  I am so excited about our lunch tomorrow, looks like we have 21 folks so far.  Yeehaw!

Had a great time playing music last night, dress rehearsal comes next Thursday and the gig on Friday.  I think it's going to be really fun.  Hard music but very powerful stuff too, he made some great choices.  Then on to the Pops band which is so much for as we ready for July 4th!

Yesterday I saw my PCP and we went over all my labs, he was SO impressed.  I just have to add a chewable children's iron and we should be good to go.  I have one diabetic med left and he decreased the doesage and said hopefully we will stop it in 6 weeks.  I love seeing him vs. the surgeron as he will repeat my labs in 6 weeks and adjust again.

Well gotta get skooting off for work.  Hope everyone has a great day and weekend.  They say rain, but I can't see any evidence of it yet.  We sure could use it so no complaints here.

Good Morning all!  Just a quickie as I'm outta here to the board meeting in Little River.  Gotta stop on the way and pick up another member's kid, then another stop to pick up a dive mask that was ordered.  I don't mind it at all............. I'm a people pleaser and if it's not out of my way I'll see what I can do.

Cat's here snuggling on my lap trying to get in some more loves before I leave.  Gotta go make my smoothie and pack an ice chest.
