Going to Stanford Tomorrow..

Hey peeps..

Now you all know that I feel as if I am loosing my memory, LOL

Here is some proof..  

Joey and Chloe have an appt for Joey at the Peds Genetics Clinic at Stanford. (Chloe is just a comparison as she is his Biological Sister)

They are going to be looking at Joey and what is going on with him and why he is still NOT growing. They think now that he may not only have Growth Hormone Deficiency, but he may have something else "genetically" going on.. I am not sure what if anything they will find. Are they going to discover that he is going to be a little person?  Is there something more serious wrong??  I just don't know so we will see what they have to say tomorrow..

I am not sure how long this appt is going to take, but I know we don't have to be home right away, so if anyone wants to get together after we are done, or  for dinner or something, I am game.  (And I know it's a school night, so I won't keep you out to late. *wink*)

I was nodding my head in agreement when I read the great comments about your kids' behavior at the Saturday gathering. Your kids are GREAT but then they have a great mom, don't they?

I am finally almost done my masters thesis. It has been keeping me off the internet for the past few weeks, and I will be glad when I can relax again. It is good though because it has kept me from worrying too much about my surgery. Two weeks from tonight I will be in Fresno prepping for a 5:30 AM hospital visit! I am getting SCARED!

Thoughts and prayers coming with you tomorrow.  When my oldest was growing up (she's now 29) they thought she had a growth hormone deficiency too as she was always under the curve of where she should be.  They did blood work and found out she she was just a small boned (much like her Dad).  She is now a size 1 or 3 and about 5'4" and had her own kids in Feb and is healthy.  Keep the faith!
