3 YEARS AGO TODAY!!

Three years ago today I started my new life.  I was scared to death of what may transpire.  I was afraid of failure and most of all losing my best friend ,companion, therapist and whole world (food).  

This has been one amazing journey.  I have lost a total of 163 pounds.  I have maintained that loss plus afew then minus a few.  I could definatly stand to lose a few more.  I have fallen and got back up and fallen again.  I have learned along the way that  I matter and  I can do what I had always thought was the impossible..I have moarned the loss of my companion (food) and learned to have a better relationship  with him that is not so toxic.

I have met some truely amazingly fantastic people who have been  an invaluable support to me. And so important to me in this life.   I truely miss those who used to post here back in the day (so see my next post)

Thank you, all of you,  the elders here who keep up their tireless efforts, the newbies *****mind me of so much of the road traveled.  To each and every one of you, I send my love.....

PS Judy Ann my angel,  you know what you have done for me. And Celest, I Love you!
