CLASSES OF 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 Thank You and......
I am class of 2005. I still check in at least once a week but I am a lurker and not a poster. I am doing OK. I was up 20 lbs. Got that down to 16 as of today. I blame in on retiring last year. Boy is it hard losing the second time around. I have been going to the gym at least 5 days a week but it is sttil slowing going. I like someone else said 20 lbs make a very big difference when you are no longer 260 lbs.
I plan to hang in there. I hope everyone is doing well.

Okay Missy you passed over class of 02...yeah that is right 02 here!!!
You know I have never left for sure....post...lurker...whatever I am here to support!!!
I struggle...I post I struggle, but for the most part in the last year and a half life has been less of a struggle than ever before...although I am in a struggling phase right now. It is so much easier to reel yourself back in than prior to surgery. As Stephanie and Lynnda said...it surely is much easier to do so knowing you have under 100 pds to lose or just that miserable 10-15 than looking at 100's of pounds!
We create our own success and the tool is still there to maintain that success...we just have to work it perhaps a bit hard, but it will always be there to help us along like a good crutch or cane...okay walker LOL!!!
Congrats again Sue for taking that journey 3 years ago...twin sis!!!!

Representing the Class of 2006!
I am up 30 lbs from my lowest weight. In an effort to jump start my weight loss and get my eating under control again, I have started the 5 dpt. I am on day 2 and believe it or not, it is not that bad. I have to go to the store tonight and get some food for the rest of the week.
I cannot wear my medium sized clothes now (bummer), but I am in a large (not x-large). I will take what I can get. I have starting running again, but I am much slower than I was last year. Sigh, I have been told by family members, that I should not beat myself up over it and that I should give myself a chance to get back into shape. It is so fustrating.

Still lurking about...Started www.bariatrictv.com for fun with Mrs. Lynnda and we are having a complete blast.
If I could say anything...change of lifestyle baby. Change of lifestyle. You have to change your lifestyle.
I'm above my goal weight by about 4lbs...but I work at maintaining. It's up and down but I really try not to let it get out of hand.
Also for many of you oldie but goodies who are trying to get on track...try the newest products. They are so much better now then they were just 5 years ago.
Great Post Sue.....

Another class of 2006. I'm mostly a lurker, but check in almost every day. Unfortuneatly, I have gained about 20 pounds over the last year. I am trying to get back on track, but it is hard because I can eat anything I want to and have litte ill effects. I know I don't what to go back where I came from. Like others have said, it is good to see some of the old faces here.
Life is great, Rick
