I am so-o thrilled for you- your date is coming up and you have the right attitude for success.  I am also in the same medical group as you; my surgery with Dr.Chin is set for July 20th. You're getting some good advice here that I too will follow (vitamins, etc.).  I have also been to the support meetings on Monday nights a couple of times - a great opportunity to meet others on the same journey and ask a ton of questions like I do.
I wish there was a support meeting at a Starbucks nearer to say... North Orange County... closer to Yorba Linda perhaps?  JK . Seriously, I would love to meet the folks @ LB Starbucks to pick their brains but it is a bit far for me.
Can't wait to here from you and see you progress towards your goal.  I'm just starting my pre-op diet - how did you do on yours?? Any suggestions?
