Nor-Cal get together

Good morning - I am new here only posted a couple of times on the main board.  I read that Nor-Cal folks had a get-togeher recently at a Chevys - where did you meet (what City?).  I live in Manteca, used to work in Sacramento and did the commute thing so I am used to driving that way.  It would be nice to talk with folks who have "been there" and "done that" as I am just starting my journey.  Thanks much

Welcome to the Cali OH board   Barb (newbarb2) organized the great get together at the Chevy's in Pleasant Hill last weekend, and will be having another on June 27th.

I organize a coffee get together once a month here in Brentwood, which will soon turn into a more official support group soon.  We would LOVE to see you there too.  Our next get together is Saturday the 16th at 10am at the Starbucks - 5779 Lone Tree Way Brentwood, CA 9451.

Wow, Brebtwood, eh?  I am here in Concord and would love to attend sometime.  I can't make it on the 16th, but would like to get together in June.  I am just starting my journey, haven;t even had my first comprehensive round of appointments yet.  Still waiting to here from the Kaiser bariatric group in Fremont.  I'm very excited, though.  Keep me in mind!

Hi, i live In Salida close to Modesto we have a group meeting on The second Tuesday and fourth Tuesday at night at the Bethel Church on Scenic and one meeting with Sutter Gould on the
  first Monday of the month.  Have any questions pm me I've been there and done it, glad to help.

I'm up in Sacramento, had surgery 7 weeks ago.  I attend a support group in Lodi, usually every 2 weeks, at Dee Dee's Restaurant, 11AM to Noon.  PM if you're interested in attending...driving directions from Manteca are real easy..just up Hwy 99 ^_^

I live in Manteca too, as do several other WLS friends. We talk about starting a group that would meet here at the Starbuck's by 99- probably once a month. Are you interested?

Yes, I would love that.  I live very close to that Starbucks.  Also, I am looking into Dr. Cirangle so any info I can get on him and his office would be greatly appreciated!
