Its Whacky Weigh In Wednesday
Good Morning Cali Guys and Gals,
I am the same for over a month now and it is making me nuts. But my pants are baggy so something is happening. I think I don't eat enough also like LInda, But I am going to try and up the protein and see what happens. Well today kids have a 1/2 day and then a preformance tonight for the spring fling. So I will be taking them all to that. It should be fun. Well that is all for me today. Have a wonderful day. I have been off the boards for a few days, so give me a few days to catch up with you all.

Maureen are you kidding me. That is awesome! 15lbs is a lot of weight to lose. Don't worry about the numbers as long as the weight falls off and you feel better. When you start to feel down, just go to the gorcery store and carry around a bag of 15lb potatos and think about what you were carrying around. You'll be amazed at how fast you will lose the weight. There will be periods when you get stalled and you will be sad cause you didn't lose. but keep your chin up. Those days have happen to everyone! Then when you least expect it, the weight will start to fall off again!

Hi Naomi,
I hope this post finds you doing well...
Thanks for the words of encouragement. I know and I really am happy about the amount of weight I have lost so far. It's just that now that my surgery is complete, I want to thin "right now" rather than a year from now. Patience has never been one of my virtues. God has been working with me on that one.

Hi Barb, how are you?
I am down 3 lbs.
FINALLY scale moved. been dealing with 171-173 for 2 months. UGH. hit 169 this a.m. and that makes my bmi 29.9 (overweight) down from 46.4 (extremely obese). Looks like my gallbladder has to come out and I'm hoping when the gb issue gets fixed I can eat better and my weight will start going down. 24 lbs to goal and it's taking forever!!!
