Good morning Janine and friends,

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!  26 years is GREAT!!!!  You with a new bod and Jeff with those pearly whites...you both are one attractive couple!!!  I tell you, what good advice from Sue "Think of everything you would tell one of us about healing from major surgery and apply it to yourself"  what GREAT advice Sue!!!

I know I was shocked about loosing 4 pounds this past week...I think it was due to walking so mu*****hicago, but also maybe a little from being afraid to eat much due being in pain.  Those attacks are no fun.

Yes, my granddaughter and grandson were so excited...my daughter picked us up at the airport and had both of them with her and when they seen me they just started screaming...and they couldn't let go of me.  I sat in the back seat with them...and they just kept rubbing my are and saying "I love you"....they are soooo cute.

Then reality sat in...I got home and my poor daughter (the Auntie) had my granddaughter all week and she did her best...and a great job I have to add, but oh did that baby run the house...All I have to say is OMG!!!  I was up until 2am and then again at 4:30am...as you may I am such a clean freak...I am always picking up.  But, I am so appreciative for my daughter taking care of her so good...

Well, I better get back to work...busy day and then a friend of mine, her little boy is in the hospital so I am going to stop by there on my way home from work and take her some protein goodies...

Janine congratulations on your Anniversary. That is awesome, and it is wonderful that you will remarry him again. That says alot. I would remarry my husband also. I call him my boyfriend,and people look at me like I am crazy!!!!LOL!!! Glad you are feeling a little better each day.

Not much going on today, just making phone calls and organizing for our next camping trip next week.

We're going to make Chris very proud this week, we lost a total of 62.6 lbs for the week.   Great job everyone!

Janine, congratulations on 26 wonderful years.  I am so happy you feel that way about Jeff.  I didn't in my first marriage and turned him over after 25 years, but I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did.  I wouldn't have married my Ron and he and I (God willing) will be together for many, many, many more years.  He is simply the bestest!  We will celebrate our 8th year together and renew our wedding vows in Hawaii!

Janine, you're welcome here anytime, I would LOVE to meet you!  Come on up!

Ahhhhh, today is my Friday.  Thank Goodness.  I have tomorrow and Monday off on Vacation.  The old man and I are headed to Clear Lake for our annual weekend away with friends.  The boys will be fishing and the girls go shopping and a massage at Konocti Harbor Spa.  I have a 90 minute deep tissue scheduled. 

I did not finish yanking out the rest of the carpet last night.  I had a baby blanket to work on for a baby shower this weekend.  Once I got it finished (OMG it turned out soooo awsome!) I had to tie a bow on it and take it over to my friend who is attending the shower. 

Tonight I need to finish laundry and get packed and ready to go.  Need to find a dog sitter as the one I had lined up tells me yesterday that she's leaving town Saturday and can'****ch them Saturday night or Sunday night.  Ugh. 

Also have to leave instructions on how to light the water heater for my kids who are coming up tomorrow to attend their dad's girlfriend's mother's memorial service. 

Need to wake up first.  Sleepy for some reason.  Outta here.  Everyone have a wonderful day and Happy Anniversary Janine and Jeff!!!!  That's so awsome!

I am so jealous!  I loooooooove Konocti Harbor.  Have been to many a concert there!  Have a great time on your mini vay-cay.  The funnest weekends away are the ones you go with friends!  Enjoy!!!!

Are you knitting , quilting or crocheting the baby blanket? 

I just finished crocheting a baby blanket using two strands of yarn and a "N" hook.  I need to start another one (Log Cabin) using a "J" hook.

I sew them using two pieces of the softest fleece imaginable.  I sew the two sides, flip and top stitch.  Then I cut the ends and tie knots.  This one was green brown & black mottled background with big bear paw prints all over it.  It turned out so cute.  I am also crocheting a big blanket for my momma.  It's a long lap blankie for her easy chair.  Covers from chin to toe with enough to tuck under for feets.  Its a barn red and Cream stripe using a large N size hook

Janine-thanks for the shout out.  Happy 26th Anniversery!  I am so happy for you and Jeff.  Please take care of yourself.

Cali- I am so happy today is Thursday.  I week from now I will going to bed early so I can start my trip to Alaska the following day.  I have to buy some jeans and a couple pairs of pants.  Tonight, I have to pay on an emerald and diamond ring that I am buying.  I will have to get it sized.  I have to look for a locksmith, the manager has lost her set of my keys and complained that
"she kind of feels responsible", but she is only willing to change the botton lock on the front door.  I want to change all of the locks.  So my plan is to have them changed and deduct the amount from next months rent.
