It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

I was at Stater Bros and I felt it pretty good.  It was a 5.0 centered about a  mile from Hawthorn.  I was glad that I was at the check stand because the cans came off the shelves at the store.

Have a great night.

Sittin' near the epicenter here in the South Bay, and it was exciting.  Really jolted our house and scared me a bit.  After shocks felt as well.  No damage though.  A movie theater down the way was evacuated after some ceiling tiles fell.  I'm awake now!!!

Felt it in Laguna Hills - at least the first one. Didn't feel any of the aftershocks. But, good news, everyone! My husband is in Emergency Management, and he got the official word that this particular earthquake will not trigger any tsunamis!! =0)

Nothing here in the High Desert.  I hate earth quakes so I am glad that I missed it!  Glad it was not too bad.

Long Beach felt it nicely except for me who had just walked back in the house from letting my mom in the driveway.  My house didn't move an inch, but being a Cali girl I knew what I was hearing so I ran back outside to check on my mom and Jordyn who were still in her car.  As I got to the driveway I put my hand on my car and it was still rocking.  I am thrilled to know I own such a sturdy home.  A business close to me lost its windows.

Gotta love Cali.

I felt it in long beach as well. A vase and a snowglobe broke, as well as the glass in one picture frame that fell. Other than that, just a few small knick knacks fell. and a thing that was in our kitchen cupboard. The vase that broke completely was actually a casualty of the northridge quake as well. It had a small chip in it, but we had repaired it, this time it was a goner. The earthquake gods just didn't like that vase one bit.
